Birth Facts: I arrived on May 5, 1942 in Gary, Indiana-- twenty minutes after my twin brother was born!	My world-class parents, Leo and Mary Lewis, named my brother Leo Michael, and me, John Patrick.

My twin and I go by Mick and Pat.

Education: St. Mary of the Lake Elementary School, Gary, Indiana-1-8	William A. Wirt High School, Gary, Indiana-9-12
Family: The three Lewis brothers, twins Pat and Mike on either end, and their funny (ha-ha!) brother Tim, holding them up, as usual!	Married 8/29/64 to Judy Lewis in Gary, Indiana Children: Beth, married to Brian Zappitello (now in Portland, OR); Matthew (now in San Francisco, CA); and Leigh Ann, married to Serdar Tufeçki (now in Boston, MA).

Remarried 6/23/98 to Susan G. Marceau in Chagrin Falls, OH Stepchildren: Kelly and Scott Marceau	My first grandchild - the handsome, healthy, hefty, hairy Ajax Hudson Zappitello, weighing in at birth at 9lbs., 14ozs.
